This is quite possibly one of the worst flash I've ever seen make the front page. Horribly done, crated in poor taste by an author that doesn't even think enough of his own work to spell check the final product before subjecting the rest of us to your crap.
Great job with this....hard to belive some ignorant asses would give this azero just based on the fact that they either think everybody should "get over it" or that for some reason this doesn't belong on NG. Newsflash kids, world events effect everybody, you don't like it maybe you shoul dget out from in front of your GameCube and read a goddamn newspaper longer than it takes to browse your favorite comics. You don't think this belongs on NG? It's one outstand piece of flash unlike some of the CRAP alot of you try to pass off.
The good: 125 tower guards, 25 repair people, 10 Com Hub employees and full upgrades to the base.
The bad: Currently on level 35 and haven't had to fire a single shot myself since level 23.....though I have lcicked the airstrike button out of boredom a few times.
Overall: Admittedly it started slow...and it appears to be ending even slower but everything in the middle was fun :) I can tell alot of work went into this and the results speak for themselves. An overall good game worthy of the front page.
Oh, and the flash was good too. Good use of layers for the visuals and I really liked the bomb blast animation. The use of a black and white pic of the city was cheesy and didn't really fit in with the rest of the animation but that doesn't really amount to anything but personal opinion.
All around a good job, hope your grade reflects the effort.
Wow, thank you very much pal. I used the pic of the city becuase it was hard to find a picture that I could draw a city of Hiroshima from, not many records of Hiroshima were kept before the annialation. Thanks agian!
This movie embodies every reason why I have X-box live and all my PC online games are gathering dust on a shelf. LOL. You nailed it righ ton the head at the end with that simple line,"I hate this fucking game.......". HAHAHAHHAA, great job.
I liked the graphics for what they were but the song was a little grating. Thats just due to personal music preferance though. Great job, I'd love to see one for Battlefield 1942 if you've ever played that one.
If the portal graded on a curve youd get an A, but thats just because of all the retarded bullshit that makes it on. As it stands it's well done but only average due to lack of back story and such. It would have been better with a little back story included in the movie about why the monkey is wearing a helmet, yada yada yada, crap like that.(no pun intended)
Overall though a good job and with more time I'm sure it would have been alot better.

Nice game
