The moral of the story:

DON'T....FUCK.....WITH...AMERICA!!!!

Oh, and the flash was good too. Good use of layers for the visuals and I really liked the bomb blast animation. The use of a black and white pic of the city was cheesy and didn't really fit in with the rest of the animation but that doesn't really amount to anything but personal opinion.

All around a good job, hope your grade reflects the effort.

PauLH responds:

Wow, thank you very much pal. I used the pic of the city becuase it was hard to find a picture that I could draw a city of Hiroshima from, not many records of Hiroshima were kept before the annialation. Thanks agian!

hehehe.Thanks.

OMFG

Animated game sprites on poorly rendered backgrounds with some sound effects and music tossed in.... COMPLETELY un-optimized so it's way to damn big for what it is......you didn't draw one single frame of this......how the hell can you even begin to claim you worked hard on this?

Complete crap.

Final-Stick666 responds:

well the putting the sprites on the right place is hard work :P

Not a five but I still like it

A good solid 3 in my book. I'm glad some quality clock-flash is coming around again. The posers and wannabes ruined it for a long time. Good job.

pppppbbbbbblllllllllll

Pointless, unoriginal, poorly drawn CRAP! Do us all a favor, do NOT make a second one, focus on something new or, god forbid, well done.

Pungicon responds:

Does an Pico game (Pico's Quest for his shoes) sound more interresting?

Not a bad start

Well, you've got graphics down....now try adding sound, a preloader (if you need one) a "stop" command at the end so it doesn't repeat forever, a plot, some character back ground and maybe some music.

I know that sounds like alot to ask for but this really is a very good start, even if it is reminicent of DBZ which is way over used here.

D-e-W responds:

if youve got any pointers you want to discuss you can email me, and thanks

Nice

However, a few rookie N00B mistakes will ruin a good flash everytime. How is it that so much work and talent can go into this yet there is no preloader? How is it that you can spend so much time planning yet you didn't take the time to notice the music is too loud to hear the voices and the text is damn near impossible to read due to it's size? Did you not notice or simpley not care or did you figure it didn't matter because the other clocks would vote this to the top slot anyway? Granted compared to the other bullshit that gets submitted this is a work of art, but standing toe to toe with other quality flash this wouldn't stand a chance.

Good effort, good movie, average final product poor debugging/editing.

FUClock responds:

First off, both Clock War movies lack preloaders because of their immense filesize. This leaves the viewer open to stream the movie if they wish. The music is quite loud, and does dwarf some of the less needed text, in which case you should look at the subtitles. In the case of the subtitles' size, I didn't want to make them any larger than size twelve because I felt that would intrude on the movie. I'm sorry my movie was such a disappointment to you.

Wow.....

That was some spooky good animation. Im guessing alot of hours with photoshop for this one?
Not alot to watch and the sound has that "hollow" sound but I know thats from compressing it. The animation alone gets this at least a 3 plus there was alot of work done for the introduction too. Very nice job with this, Im impressed.

meagain responds:

Animation's easy - use 3dmenow & camtasia to capture video!

Unfinished but still good.

I know you ran out of time but the fact that it still made me laugh is impressive. The sounds are right on and the graphics are very cool......somehow it was making me laugh, prolly when the evil stick showed up. Style points get docked a bit for it being unfinished but overall I liked it. Next year will be more gooder yes?

misterx2000 responds:

You betcha.

Outstanding

Just as good as the first. You're doing a helluva with this series. I would have liked it to be a bit longer but I still enjoyed it.

The 3D was awesome! What did you use for it? I've been trying to find a 3D program I can use with flash MX but so far havent scored on one.
Suggestions?

MattShaw responds:

Thanks, it would have been longer but i don't like uploading it on a 56k modem :( anyways, the 3D prog i use is an external one called Swift 3d 2.0 which is widely used through many animations here. www.swift3d.com will show you what you want! good luck with it!

Can we skip ahead to the part where I give a damn please?
